The Digital Costco Shop Card will be emailed within 2 weeks after successful sign-up and auto renewal enrollment. Gold Star Membership costs $65 per year, and Executive Membership is an additional $65 upgrade fee per year. Each membership includes one free Affiliate Card. Valid only for new members and those who have not held a Costco membership in any capacity (Primary, Household, or Affiliate) in the last 18 months. Auto renewal must be set up on a Visa or Mastercard debit card at sign-up. Digital Costco Shop Cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) and are not accepted at the U.S. or Canada Food Court.
