Select My Best Buy Members: $5 or $10 Promotional Certificate Free

Thumb Score: +46 Searched Slickdeals and saw the last related post to this was Feb 20. I think this might be a new targeted segment for marketing campaign. Email title says "A $5 certificate just for you". I NEVER get these deals except for once last year. This is the first time I've ever received an email for it, too. It is unusual because I have email newsletters turned off. Every time I see this on SD, I check the Best Buy app. When I have the certificate, it shows up on my BB account profile as an award. It says it expires March 29 this time.
