JC Penney always has Groupons available (the specific ones can vary). But these can save you a ton of money especially if you only want what's included in the Groupon. There's usually a $15/person session fee but almost all of the Groupons waive that fee (so it's worth using even if you are going to add additional packages). If you only want say some Christmas cards, or just a few digital photos, then this is a steal. Spend $15ish and you're set. Though if your local JC Penney studio is anything like ours, they will try their hardest to upsell you on additional add-ons. I did a session yesterday with my partner, dog, and son and paid $15 for 36 double-sided photo cards (Groupon) and then opted to get the digital copies of all the photos as well for like $100.
