Beginning Friday, November 28th, select Wendy's Locations will have Small Chocolate or Vanilla Frosty's for $0.67 when you redeem the offer in the Wendy's app or online. According to the Wendy's subreddit, the promotion will be in stores with no purchase limit on the 28th. From the 29th through the 7th, it will be a digital offer in app and website (limit 1x per order, daily refresh, no minimum purchase requirement).
