I got this delivered last week and it is an absolute blast. Only things that needed assembly were screwing in the handlebars, front wheel and pedals. The hardest thing for me to assemble was that carry pouch which I still can't figure out how to assemble properly. I haven't pushed it to it's limits yet as it's my first eBike and want to get more comfortable with it first.
