Masters of Horror: Season 1 and 2 (Digital HDX) $7 Each. Thumb Score: +14. First off, I very rarely purchase digital titles because of the volatility of licensing rights and distributor availability. However, when I was looking to purchase volume two of season 1, I found that you could buy the whole season for way cheaper than a Blu-ray copy for any of the volumes. You can buy season 1 and season 2 for a lesser price than you can for a new copy of season 1, volume one. This was a Showtime/Starz feature and season 2 was never released even on DVD for region 1 and definitely not on Blu-ray anywhere. Season 2 is available to watch on Amazon prime with commercials. I will gladly fork over a few dollars to see it without commercials and probably in better resolution as this is HDX for both seasons.
