Only things that needed assembly were screwing in the handlebars, front wheel and pedals. The hardest thing for me to assemble was that carry pouch which I still can't figure out how to assemble properly. I haven't pushed it to it's limits yet as it's my first eBike and want to get more comfortable with it first.
