Most of these games may be a little old, but many are classics in their own right, and are still fun to play IMO (especially CS). At <$10 they are a GREAT value IMO (especially the collections or anthologies), and make great gifts! There are probably other great games and game collections/anthologies for <$10 on Amazon that I missed, but if I find more I'll add them to this thread.
